This notice explains how Manavi Kitchen handles personal information when you visit this website or get in touch with us.
Who we are
Manavi Kitchen is the operator of this website. You can contact us at hello@manavi.co.uk.
Information we handle now
This is an early kitchen preview. We do not yet accept online orders or payments. If you join our Kitchen Drop waitlist, we collect your email address, your marketing consent and the time and wording of that consent. If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address and enquiry. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use waitlist information to send Kitchen Drop news only where you have actively chosen to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time using a link in an email or by contacting us. We use enquiries to respond to you and technical information to keep the website secure and working properly. We rely on consent for marketing and our legitimate interests to run and protect the site and to respond to messages.
Who helps us
Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. The waitlist is securely stored in Supabase. Email is provided through IONOS. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Before online ordering, payment, delivery, customer records or campaign emails go live, we will update this notice to name the relevant providers and explain the information involved.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or for 12 months after our last Kitchen Drop email, whichever is sooner. We aim to keep email enquiries for no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal claim or record-keeping reason. Technical security logs are retained for the period set by our hosting and security providers.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where relevant, you can ask for a portable copy of information you provided. To make a request, email hello@manavi.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We will update this notice before collecting online orders, payments, delivery addresses or further customer preferences. Please check this page for the latest version.
